目的:探讨食管癌多部位DNA含量与临床及病理特性之间的关系。方法:流式细胞光度术检测100例食管癌手术切除新鲜标本的癌、癌旁和断端组织的DNA含量。结果:癌组织DNA非整倍体(AN)、DNA指数(DI)和细胞增殖活性指数(PI)都显著高于癌旁和断端(P<0.05);食管癌AN与肿瘤细胞分化和局部淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。在癌体与癌旁或断端组织间存在DNA倍体异质性(14.8%);切距<5cm的断端组织AN和PI显著高于切距≥5组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌多部位流式细胞DNA含量的分析在揭示肿瘤恶性生物学行为、指导临床治疗和术后随访具有重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between DNA content and clinical and pathological features in multiple sites of esophageal cancer. METHODS: Flow cytometry was used to detect the DNA content of cancer, paraneoplastic and stump tissues from fresh specimens of 100 cases of esophageal cancer. RESULTS: DNA aneuploidy (AN), DNA index (DI), and cell proliferation activity index (PI) were significantly higher in cancer tissue than in paracancer and stump (P<0.05); esophageal cancer AN and tumor cell differentiation It was closely related to local lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). There was DNA ploid heterogeneity (14.8%) between cancerous tissue and paracancerous or stump tissue; AN and PI at the cut-off distance <5cm were significantly higher than those with cut-distance ≥5 (P<0.05). ). Conclusion: The analysis of flow cytometric DNA content in multiple sites of esophageal cancer is of great significance in revealing the malignant biological behavior of tumors, guiding clinical treatment and follow-up after surgery.
