目的探讨心理咨询者的个性特点，提高心理咨询的质量服务。方法收集来心理咨询门诊咨询的来访者的明尼苏达多相个性调查表（ＭＭＰＩ）测验资料，对ＭＭＰＩ测验的中国Ｔ分结果进行分析，并与中国常模比较，探讨咨询者的ＭＭＰＩ编码特点。结果心理咨询者的ＭＭＰＩ剖析图与常模有较明显的差异，并倾向于神经症患者的编码特征，其中两点编码６６％～８８％咨询者符合神经症，四点编码４２％～５６％符合神经症。结论心理咨询者大多数倾向于神经症的个性特征。
Objective To explore the personality characteristics of psychological counselors and to improve the quality of psychological counseling services. Methods The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Questionnaire (MMPI) test data were collected from counselors for counseling clinics. The Chinese T - score of MMPI was analyzed and compared with Chinese norm to explore the MMPI encoding characteristics of consultants. Results Psychological counselors MMPI anatomical patterns and norm has more obvious differences, and tend to neurotic patients with coding characteristics, including two coding 66% to 88% consultants with neurosis, four-point coding 42% to 56% In line with neurosis. Conclusion Most counselors tend to be neurotic personality traits.
