介绍了国内外焦化蜡油(CGO)的深加工处理方法以及在加工时所存在的问题。焦化蜡油中的氮化物不仅能使深加工过程中的催化剂中毒且其产物燃烧时还会严重污染环境。为有效利用焦化蜡油需要对其进行预处理,加氢脱氮预处理设备投资少、操作费用低,但耗氢量大、加氢催化剂开发难度大、实际应用受到一定限制。非加氢脱氮预处理方法有酸碱中和法、溶剂萃取法、络合法、吸附法等。组合脱氮技术是由单一的非加氢脱氮方法相互组合,互取长短,使得脱氮效率大幅提高,该工艺将是今后一段时间的主攻方向。
The domestic and international coking wax oil (CGO) deep processing methods and the problems existing in the processing are introduced. The nitrides in coker gas oils not only poison the catalysts during deep processing but also pollute the environment when their products are burned. In order to effectively utilize coker gas oil, it needs to be pretreated. The investment of hydrodenitrification pretreatment equipment is low, the operation cost is low, but the hydrogen consumption is large, and the hydrogenation catalyst is difficult to be developed. The practical application is limited. Non-hydrodenitrification pretreatment methods include acid-base neutralization, solvent extraction, complexation, adsorption and so on. Combined denitrification technology is a combination of a single non-hydrodenitrogenation method, the length of each other, making a substantial increase in nitrogen removal efficiency, the process will be the main direction of the future period of time.
