次要组织相容性抗原是一组由MHC限制、T细胞特异性识别的细胞膜表面同种抗原。它们参与免疫应答,并且在骨髓移植中,与移植物被排斥及移植物抗宿主病有密切的关系。同时,在移植物抗白血病及移植物抗肿瘤(GVT)效应中发挥重要作用。深入研究MiHAs,对BMT中供受体间的组织配型有重要意义,对防治肿瘤的发生、发展也起到一定的作用。
Secondary histocompatibility antigen is a set of MHC-restricted, T-cell-specific recognition of cell membrane surface alloantigens. They are involved in immune responses and have a close relationship with graft rejection and graft-versus-host disease in bone marrow transplantation. At the same time, it plays an important role in graft anti-leukemia and graft anti-tumor (GVT) effects. In-depth study of MiHAs plays an important role in the tissue matching of donor-recipient in BMT, and plays a certain role in the prevention and treatment of tumor.
