探讨了不同激素对无籽西瓜组培中芽分化的效应。结果表明，６－ＢＡ对促进芽分化有极显著作用，适用浓度为０．５～２．０ｍｇ／１；ＩＢＡ对芽的生长有显著影响，适用浓度为０．５～１．５ｍｇ／１；Ａｄ（腺素）主要是促进芽苗的伸长，适用浓度为２０～８０ｍｇ／ｌ。在总氮量不变的情况下，进行了不同与比值的试验，结果显示，这两种不同形态氮素的配合使用是必需的，适用比值为０．２～１。
The effects of different hormones on the bud differentiation of seedless watermelon during tissue culture were discussed. The results showed that 6-BA had a very significant effect on promoting bud differentiation with a suitable concentration of 0.5-2.0 mg / l. IBA had a significant effect on bud growth with a suitable concentration of 0.5-1.5 mg / l. Ad (adenosine) is mainly to promote the elongation of buds, the applicable concentration of 20 ~ 80mg / l. In the case of constant total nitrogen, different ratios were tested. The results showed that the combination of these two different forms of nitrogen was necessary and the applicable ratio was 0.2-1.
