目的测定匹诺塞林在不同浓度羟丙基-β-环糊精溶液中的溶解度曲线,以及包合物的组成量比例和稳定性常数。方法在25℃运用相溶解度法进行实验,采用紫外分光光度法测定匹诺塞林在溶液中的浓度。结果随着羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度增加和pH的增大,匹诺塞林的溶解度显著提高。计算了表观稳定常数、确定了不同pH条件下包合物的摩尔比。结论难溶性药物匹诺塞林与羟丙基-β-环糊精可形成1∶1包合物。
OBJECTIVE To determine the solubility curve of pinacosline in different concentrations of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin solution, as well as the compositional ratio and stability constants of inclusion compound. Methods The method of phase solubility was used at 25 ℃. The concentration of pinotermin in solution was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results With the increase of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin concentration and the increase of pH, the solubility of pinocylin was significantly increased. The apparent stability constants were calculated and the molar ratios of inclusion compounds under different pH conditions were determined. Conclusion The poorly soluble drug pinoxelin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin form a 1: 1 inclusion complex.
