离心运动导致的骨胳肌微损伤对机体的运动能力有较大影响。以大鼠为实验对象,从自由基和Ca2+来深入探讨人参皂甙Rg1对机体离心运动后骨胳肌微损伤的影响。实验结果表明,人参皂甙Rg1可能主要通过影响骨胳肌线粒体钙含量而减少离心运动后骨胳肌微损伤。
Skeletal muscle damage caused by eccentric exercise has a greater impact on the body’s ability to exercise. Effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on micro-damage of skeletal muscle after eccentric exercise were studied by using free radicals and Ca2 + as experimental subjects. The experimental results show that ginsenoside Rg1 may reduce the skeletal muscle micro-damage after eccentric exercise mainly by affecting the mitochondrial calcium content of skeletal muscle.
