文章主要研究事业单位人力资源管理改革方向及完善措施,通过对思想观念、法制体系、考核和激励机制等方面研究,指出人力资源管理中存在的诸多问题。同时在加强人力资源管理理念、改革落后机制体系、注重人才培养和长效考核等方面提出改革措施。事业单位人力资源管理改革方案研究为未来事业单位管理体系提升奠定坚实基础,有利于社会又好又快发展。
This paper mainly studies the reform direction and perfecting measures of human resource management in public institutions, and points out the problems in human resource management through the research on ideology, legal system, evaluation and incentive mechanism. At the same time, we put forward reform measures in the aspects of strengthening human resource management concepts, reforming the backward mechanism system, focusing on personnel training and long-term examination. The research on the reform program of human resource management in public institutions lays a solid foundation for the improvement of the management system of public institutions in the future and is conducive to sound and rapid social development.
