近几年黑龙江的技术企业数量不断增多,规模也较之前些年有所扩大,但是综合实力较发达地区相比还是有差距。企业要想提高竞争力,必须要重视对人才的管理与培养。笔者在本篇文章中,具体分析了目前黑龙江技术企业人才管理中存在的问题,并且提出通过建立激励机制来调动员工工作积极性的具体做法,以供企业参考。
In recent years, the number of technology enterprises in Heilongjiang has been on the increase, and the scale has also expanded compared with the previous years. However, the overall strength is still far behind that of the developed regions. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, we must attach importance to the management and training of personnel. In this article, the author analyzes in detail the existing problems in Talent Management of Heilongjiang Technical Enterprise, and puts forward the concrete practice of mobilizing the enthusiasm of staff by establishing the incentive mechanism for the reference of the enterprise.
