本文研究目的是检验无神经支配的前臂桡侧皮瓣用于口腔组织缺损修复后的感觉功能恢复状况。 材料和方法 前臂桡侧游离筋膜皮瓣修复口腔组织缺损40例。皮瓣存活率100%,其中2例曾经血管重吻合。23例皮瓣修复口底或(和)舌,10例修复磨牙后区,7例修复颊部粘膜。皮瓣平均面积23.7cm~2,28例术后放射治疗,总量60Gy。 在皮瓣中心区和4个周边区进行感觉功能检测,紧邻皮瓣周围的4个相应区域亦行检测。检测项目包括轻触觉、两点间距分辩力、锐或钝痛觉分辩力、触觉
The purpose of this study was to examine the sensory function recovery of non-neurological disposable forearm radial flaps for repair of oral tissue defects. Materials and Methods Forty cases of oral tissue defect repaired with radial forearm free fascia flap. Flap survival rate of 100%, of which 2 cases had vascular re-anastomosis. Twenty-three flaps were repaired on the floor of the mouth or tongue, 10 posterior molars were repaired, and 7 cases of buccal mucosa were repaired. Flaps average area of 23.7cm ~ 2,28 cases of postoperative radiotherapy, the total 60Gy. Sensory function tests were performed in the central area of the flap and in 4 peripheral areas.
