群众工作绩效考评是群众路线教育实践活动的关键之举,它对优化配置人力、物力、财力资源有着重要作用。由于一些地方形式主义、官僚主义等不正之风的盛行,导致在群众工作绩效考评中存在目标不明确、方法不科学、制度不健全等问题。加强科学有效的群众工作绩效考评体系建设,应该全面系统地分析和考量新形势下群众工作绩效考评的规律性、复杂性,从而明确考评目标、完善考评制度机制、运用科学的考评方法、建立动态健全的考评信息库,保证群众路线教育实践活动的针对性和长效性。
The evaluation of the performance of mass work is the key move of mass line education practice and plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of manpower, material and financial resources. Due to the prevalence of unhealthy forms such as formalism and bureaucracy in some places, problems such as ambiguous goals, unscientific methods and unsound systems exist in the performance appraisal of mass work.
