目的：探讨纽扣式电池鼻腔异物的临床特点、误诊原因及相关并发症。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年12月柳州市妇幼保健院耳鼻咽喉科收治的纽扣式电池鼻腔异物误诊6例的临床资料，分析其临床表现、诊疗方法、并发症及愈后。结果6例均成功取出异物，其中1例无明显并发症，2例发生鼻中隔穿孔，2例发生鼻腔粘连，1例鼻甲部分坏死。结论纽扣式电池鼻腔异物可致严重并发症，应早发现、早诊治。“,”Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics,causes of misdiagnosis and complications in nasal foreign body of button battery.Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of nasal foreign body of button battery received and trea-ted from January 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the button batteries were success-fully removed.One case had no complications,2 cases had perforation of the nasal septum,2 cases had nasal synechia, and 1 case had partial necrosis of the turbinate.Conclusion Foreign body of button batteries in the nasal cavity can lead to serious complications which should be early discovered and early treated.
