学生是学习的主体。在英语学习过程中,内因起着决定性作用。学习动机、兴趣作为内因的重要方面,对英语学习的成功与否有着关键性作用。而川北医学院外语系英语专业的大部分学生在进入外语系学习时都持工具型动机,如何让这些学生的工具型动机转换为综合型动机就成为一个很重要的问题,只有让他们的动机得以转换,才能让他们对本专业的学习兴趣保持持久,更有利于他们英语知识的全面提高,以适应毕业后社会对英语专业学生提出的越来越高的要求。
