目的:了解广东省技工院校学生的职业价值观现状,为技工院校职业价值观教育的有效开展和职业生涯教育、就业指导提供实证依据。方法:用《职业价值观量表》对广东省8所技工院校1216名学生进行调查。结果:技工院校学生群体的职业价值观总分为(241.32±25.33),项目均分为4.02,15种价值尺度的均分仅相差约2分,被试认为“重要”或“非常重要”的条目数占(46±10)个。被试最重视的5种职业价值观依次是成就、同事关系、经济报酬、生活方式和声誉;不喜欢变动性强的工作;大中城市和商人家庭的学生具有灵活性、综合性高的职业价值观(7个F值为3.122~7.839,P均<0.05)。结论:广东省技工院校学生的职业价值观较为混乱,倾向于追求工作与生活的平衡,不希望工作内容经常变换。
Objective: To understand the status quo of the vocational values of students in technical colleges in Guangdong Province, and to provide empirical evidence for the effective development of career values education in technical schools and vocational education and employment guidance. Methods: A survey of 1216 students from 8 technical colleges in Guangdong Province was conducted with the “Occupational Values Scale”. Results: The total occupational values of student groups in technical college were (241.32 ± 25.33), the items were all divided into 4.02. The mean scores of 15 kinds of value scales were only about 2 points. The subjects considered “important” or “very” Important "entries accounted for (46 ± 10). The five most valued occupational values of the subjects were success, co-worker relationship, economic remuneration, life style and reputation; disliking the work of changeability; students in large and middle-sized cities and business families had the flexibility and comprehensive professional values (7 F values were 3.122 ~ 7.839, P <0.05). Conclusion: The vocational values of students in technical institutes of higher learning in Guangdong province are relatively confused, tend to pursue the balance between work and life, and do not want the content of work to change frequently.
