攀钢3~#高炉(1200m~3),在矿石品位低、粉末多、渣量大等冶炼条件下,进行大批重正分装冶炼试验取得成功。批重为22t左右,分装率40~60%,炉况顺行,渣铁畅流,焦比降低3~5%,产量提高3~4%,生铁质量保持不变。单位生铁热耗降低,炉喉温度下降20℃,煤气利用率改善,提高炉喉径向CO_2分布曲线的水平。提高攀钢高炉大料批分装效果,着重要开放中心气流。推导出与原料质量有关的适宜批重表达式,计算出攀钢高炉现有冶炼条件下适宜的矿批重。
