不同采种期对梓树种子品质的影响

通过对梓树不同时期采集的楸吊、种子特征的观测及种子发芽试验,研究了不同采种期梓树种子的品质和种子活力,为合理确定梓树种子的采收期提供科学依据。研究结果表明,随采种期的变化,梓树楸吊的粗度、鲜重、出种率、果形指数发生规律性变化。不同采种期梓树种子的发芽率、发芽势差异不显著,但种子活力指数、发芽指数随采种期的变化差异极显著。梓树在楸吊绿色时就具备了发芽能力,但种子活力指数很低。当种子干物质积累停止时,种子活力水平还有明显提高,种子存在一定的后熟期。11月中下旬采集的梓树楸吊出种率高、种子活力指数最大,种子品质最好,是适宜的采种期,采种时间越提前,品质越差。 Through the catalpa catalpa collected from different periods of Catalpa bungei, observation of seed characteristics and seed germination tests, the seed quality and seed vigor of Catalpa bungei at different harvest seasons were studied, which provided a scientific basis for the reasonable determination of harvest time of Catalpa bungei seeds. The results showed that with the changes of seed-age, Catalpa bungei hanging coarseness, fresh weight, seed rate, fruit shape index changes regularly. The seed germination rate and germination potential of Catalpa bungei seedlings did not differ significantly under different seed-picking stages, but the differences of seed vigor index and germination index with seed-picking stage were significant. Catalpa bungei has germination capacity when hanging green, but the seed vigor index is very low. When the accumulation of dry matter in seeds stopped, the seed vigor also significantly improved, there is a certain maturity of the seed. Catalpa bungei collected from mid to late November had the highest rate of seedling hanging, the highest seed vigor index, the best seed quality, and the suitable seed-picking period. The earlier the seed-picking time, the poorer the quality.
