According to the specific characteristics of real estate investment allocation optimization, contrast the limitations of linear programming and nonlinear programming methods, and finally choose the dynamic programming method to get the optimal strategy. Combined with the project of a large real estate company, proves the effectiveness of this method to solve such problems.
