用λ>330nm光照射含有金红石型TiO_2微晶颗粒的AgNQ_3溶液,制备出了Ag-TiO_2复合超微粒子.与纯的银溶胶相比,复合粒子上银的等离子体吸收峰宽化红移,位于400~600nm.这种复合超微粒子的溶胶,表现出表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应吸附-共振增强可用来解释Ag-Ti0_2复合粒子的SERS效应.
The Ag-TiO 2 composite ultrafine particles were prepared by irradiating AgNQ 3 solution containing rutile TiO 2 crystallite particles with λ> 330 nm light, and the plasma absorption peaks of silver on the composite particles were broadened and red shifted compared with the pure silver sol, 400 ~ 600nm.The sol of these composite ultrafine particles shows that the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) effect of adsorption-resonance enhancement can be used to explain the SERS effect of the Ag-Ti0_2 composite particles.
