将辣根过氧化物酶或麦芽凝集素-HRP(WGA-HRP)注射于家兔之颈,胸或腰髓的一侧灰质内,追踪结合臂旁核簇中之逆行标记细胞及顺行标记终支。标记细胞数量少,见于内、外侧结合臂旁核之腹侧部。标记终支较多,在外侧结合臂旁核中最为密集,“d”区中次之,两者绕结合臂之背方连成一片。“d”区又与脑桥上端中央灰质之背外侧区中的标记区相续。内侧结合臂旁核中仅有少量标记终支。结合臂旁大细胞核中无标记细胞或终支。脊髓—结合臂旁核投射与结合臂旁核—脊髓投射之间可能有单突触性联系。未发现结合臂旁核内的标记有明显的体部定位趋势。
