为深入认识拱形结构对钢托板力学特性的影响,及其与不同锚杆匹配的承载适用性,基于球壳结构弹性力学与极限平衡分析构建了2种拱形托板承载力理论关系式,结合工程实践详细论述了其中5个影响参数。采用实验室加载试验研究了不同板厚、不同拱高的方形托板承载力与变形特征。结果表明:托板承载力与钢板厚度、拱高与拱底圆直径之比呈正增长关系;试验承载力较好地验证了理论计算式的适用性;此外,调向球垫尺寸与强度对托板承载与支护的充分发挥非常重要。综合以上研究与煤炭行业标准,提出常用锚杆规格与拱形托板尺寸的合理匹配表,以供矿山支护工程参考使用。
In order to understand deeply the influence of arch structure on the mechanical properties of steel pallet and its adaptability to different bolt matching, the theoretical relationship of bearing capacity of two kinds of arch pallet is established based on the analysis of elastic mechanics and limit equilibrium of spherical shell structure , In combination with engineering practice, five influential parameters are discussed in detail. The load-bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of square pallet with different thickness and different arch height were studied by laboratory loading test. The results show that the relationship between the bearing capacity and the thickness of the steel plate, the height of the arch and the diameter of the base of the arch shows a positive increase. The bearing capacity of the test plate validates the applicability of the theoretical formula. In addition, It is very important that the board bears and supports fully. Based on the above studies and the coal industry standards, a reasonable matching table of the commonly used anchor specifications and arched pallet dimensions is proposed for the reference of mine support engineering.
