大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法（以下简称冲击疗法）系指数日内每日1次性给予超大剂量的甲基强的松龙静滴后，再给予小剂量糖皮质激素口服短期维持，以治疗免疫性疾病的一种新方法。现将我院自1993年以来应用冲击疗法治疗面神经炎，治愈时间明显缩短，收到良好的疗效，报告如下。
