为评价人参质量,以人参为实验材料,采用HPLC方法对人参皂苷含量进行研究。建立HPLC法同时测定人参中9种皂苷的含量。色谱柱:ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm);DAD检测器;柱温为47℃;检测波长202 nm;进样体积10 μL;流速0.5~0.8 mL/min;流动相:甲醇-水梯度洗脱。通过优化洗脱液以及流动相,9种人参皂苷Re、Rg1、Rf、Rg2、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd在80 min内得到了很好的分离,线性关系良好,精密度实验RSD为0.82%~1.75%,重复性实验RSD为0.98%~2.87%,加标回收率为97.8%~102.0%,RSD为1.0%~3.6%。该方法重复性好,精密度和准确度较高,可用于人参中9种皂苷含量的测定和人参质量的评价。“,”To evaluate ginseng quality, the contents of 9 ginsenosides were determined in ginseng products by HPLC with ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 µm) at 202 nm, and CH3OH-H2O was utilized as the mobile phase (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 0.5-0.8 mL/min. By optimizing the elution and mobile phase, nine ginsenosides in Panax ginseng (Re, Rg1, Rf, Rg2, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rd) were separated within 80 min with good linearity. RSD of precision and repeatability was 0.82%-1.75% and 0.98%-2.87%, respectively. The recovery rate was 97.8%-102.0% with RSD of 1.0%-3.6%. The method had good repeatability, precision and accuracy, and it was suitable to detect nine ginsenosides contents in Panax ginseng and evaluate ginseng quality.
