在原有工作基础上,建立了肉产品中残留的磺胺喹噁啉的检测方法。采用高效液相色谱(紫外检测)进行定性/定量分析,考察了提取条件及紫外吸收波长等测定参数。方法的相对标准偏差为1.58%,回收率为87%~103%,检出限为0.02 mg/kg。方法简便、可靠,可用于肉类产品中磺胺喹噁啉的检测。
On the basis of the original work, the detection method of sulfaquinoxal residues in meat products was established. Qualitative / quantitative analysis was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography (UV), and the determination parameters such as extraction conditions and UV absorption wavelength were investigated. The relative standard deviation of the method was 1.58% and the recovery was 87% -103%. The detection limit was 0.02 mg / kg. The method is simple and reliable, and can be used for the detection of sulfaquinoxal in meat products.
