以7号灵芝品种为材料,研究4种不同的干燥方式(自然干燥、60℃、80℃和100℃)和4种不同洗涤时间(5min、10 min、15 min和20 min)对灵芝活性成分(灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜)的影响。结果显示,4种不同的干燥方式处理之间,除自然干燥和60℃处理之间无差异外,其余的均存在极显著性差异。灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜含量最高的处理分别为60℃、100℃、100℃,含量最低的处理分别为100℃、60℃、80℃;在洗涤时间的处理中,灵芝多糖的含量4个处理之间差异均极显著,灵芝蛋白质的含量处理15 min与处理20 min差异显著,其他处理之间差异均极显著,灵芝三萜的含量处理10 min和15 min之间无显著差异,其他处理之间差异均极显著,灵芝多糖、蛋白质、三萜的含量处理5 min均最高,随着洗涤时间的延长,3种成分的含量均逐渐降低。本研究为提高灵芝活性成分的含量提供技术参考依据。
Using Ganoderma lucidum 7 as material, the effects of 4 different drying methods (natural drying, 60 ℃, 80 ℃ and 100 ℃) and 4 different washing times (5min, 10min, 15min and 20min) (Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, proteins, triterpenes). The contents of polysaccharides, protein and triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum were the highest in 5 min, and the contents of 3 components decreased with the extension of washing time. This study provides a technical reference for improving the content of Ganoderma lucidum active ingredients.
