为深入分析控制棒水力驱动系统步进缸槽对孔部位的阻力系数,采用计算流体力学程序CFX5对其进行了计算和分析,获得了各位置槽对孔处的阻力系数值。结果表明:数值计算得到的槽对孔阻力系数值在较大位置范围内与实验结果基本符合,最大相对误差为±0.2。验证了用计算流体力学方法对槽对孔部位阻力系数进行数值模拟的可行性。
In order to deeply analyze the resistance coefficient of step cylinder groove to hole part of control rod hydraulic driving system, the CFX5 program was used to calculate and analyze the drag coefficients. The results show that the numerical value of the groove-to-hole resistance coefficient is in good agreement with the experimental results in a wide range of positions, and the maximum relative error is ± 0.2. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to verify the feasibility of numerical simulation of the resistance coefficient of the slot to the hole.
