目的 探讨垂体腺瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡与侵袭性生长的关系。 方法 对37例侵袭性垂体腺瘤及30例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者采用免疫组化SP法测定增殖细胞核抗原(PGNA)、B细胞淋巴瘤(Bcl-2)及相关基因(Bax)蛋白产物的表达。 结果 侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者与非侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者比较 ,PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平均明显增高(均P<0.05)。结论 垂体腺瘤的侵袭性生长与PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的异常表达有关 ,是肿瘤细胞不断增殖和凋亡抑制的结果
Objective To investigate the relationship between proliferation, apoptosis and invasive growth of pituitary adenoma cells. Methods The expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PGNA), B-cell lymphoma (Bcl-2) and related gene (Bax) protein in 37 patients with invasive pituitary adenoma and 30 patients with non-invasive pituitary adenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method expression. Results The expressions of PCNA, Bcl-2 and Bax in invasive pituitary adenoma patients were significantly higher than those in non-invasive pituitary adenoma patients (all P <0.05). Conclusions The invasive growth of pituitary adenomas is related to the abnormal expression of PCNA, Bcl-2 and Bax, which is the result of the continuous proliferation and apoptosis inhibition of tumor cells
