测试了未变质和两种变质处理的高铬白口铸铁(15-1铁)的 K_(IC),ΔK_(tb)与 da/dN 值;用裂纹追踪法研究了疲劳断裂过程。试验结果表明:变质处理提高了15-1铁的断裂力学性能;碳化物形状对裂纹扩展及次裂纹萌生有很大影响。在本文研究结果的基础上提出了15-1铁的疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展机制;指出合理的变质工艺。
The K_ (IC), ΔK_ (tb) and da / dN values of unmodified and two modified high chromium white cast irons (15-1 iron) were tested. The fatigue fracture process was studied by crack trace method. The experimental results show that the metamorphic treatment improves the fracture mechanics properties of 15-1 iron and the carbide shape has a great influence on the crack propagation and secondary crack initiation. Based on the results of this paper, the mechanism of initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks in 15-1 iron is proposed. The reasonable modification process is pointed out.
