根据教育部、国家新闻出版广电总局提出的高校出版要“努力实现社会效益和经济效益、社会价值和市场价值相统一”的要求,指出创新高校集群期刊编辑绩效考核机制的必要性。阐述新型编辑绩效考核机制的构建原则、指标构成及其需要在实践中逐步完善。认为高校集群期刊编辑绩效考核机制的创新与完善,不仅是提高编辑积极性、创造性的保障,更是实现期刊双效益、双价值的必要举措。
According to the requirements put forward by the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Press, Publication, Broadcasting and Television, the requirements for innovating the mechanism of performance appraisal for cluster journal editors in colleges and universities are pointed out in the requirements of “making every effort to realize social and economic benefits, social values and market values.” Explain the construction principle of the performance evaluation mechanism of the new editors, the composition of the indicators and their need to gradually improve in practice. The author thinks that the innovation and perfection of the performance evaluation mechanism of the university cluster editors not only enhances the editors’ enthusiasm and creativity, but also the necessary measures to realize the double benefit and double value of the periodicals.
