分别用熔融共混和溶液 超声分散复合方法制备了聚 (DL 乳酸 ) (PDLLA) /超细微羟基磷灰石 (HA)复合物 ,并用取向模压法制得 3 2mm的圆棒 .两种制备复合物方法均使PDL LA相对分子质量降低 2 5%~ 2 8% ,但后一方法可得到HA粒子均匀分布的复合物 .模压温度对圆棒的弯曲强度有很大影响 .在较低的温度模压 ,由于模坯在模压过程中发生较大的取向形变 ,可得到较高的弯曲强度的圆棒 ,PDLLA最高可达 150MPa ,复合物 (含w(HA)为 5% )最高达 175MPa .棒材的DSC分析和退火后的尺寸变化表明模压对模坯有显著的取向作用
Poly (DL-lactic acid) (PDLLA) / ultrafine micro-hydroxyapatite (HA) composites were prepared by melt blending and ultrasonic dispersion composite method, respectively. The methods all reduced the relative molecular mass of PDL LA by 25% ~ 28%, but the latter method could obtain uniform distribution of HA particles.The molding temperature had a great influence on the bending strength of round bar. , The round bar with high flexural strength can be obtained due to the large deformation of the mold blank in the molding process, the maximum of PDLLA is up to 150 MPa and the composite (containing w (HA) is 5%) up to 175 MPa. DSC analysis and dimensional changes after annealing indicate that the stamping has a significant orientation effect on the die blank
