本文结合教学改革项目年轻教员核心能力培养和士官学校优质课程建设实际,对年轻教员教员核心能力培养中的基本问题进行了研究与探索,希望对教员队伍建设起到参考和借鉴作用。
Based on the training of young faculty members in teaching reform project and the construction of high quality curricula in noncommissioned officers, this paper studies and probes into the basic problems of young faculty instructors’ core competencies and hopes to play a reference and reference role for faculty building.
