男人,尤其是中年男性,是社会和家庭的栋梁,他们承上启下,无论是工作、生活,在单位和家庭等各方面都要承受着巨大的负担和压力。无论是公司的白领,还是那些事业单位中靠工资收入维持生活的职员,在紧张、繁忙的工作中常常要“拼命”工作。长时期超负荷、全身心地投入工作,容易引起心力交瘁。因此,增强这些人的自我保健意识,多方面采取措施保障其应有的身体健康实属当务之急。
Men, especially middle-aged men, are the pillars of society and their families.
