针对常规注液式平衡装置在工作一段时间后会由于腔内液体注满无法排出而失去平衡能力的问题,利用连续注排液式自动平衡装置研制转子振动自愈系统.该装置应用在转子振动相位经常发生改变的设备上时相比常规注液式平衡盘具有平衡速度快和保持平衡能力的优点.使用该装置构建振动控制系统,运行过程中系统将实时计算转子工作转速下的振动相位,提取振动幅值信息,并根据平衡装置的安装位置,直接补偿不平衡量,从而快速地降低转子振动,并使其保持在安全范围之内.将这一装置安装在典型的立式悬臂转子设备超重力机上进行实验,结果表明,连续注排液式自动平衡装置能有效降低超重力机转子振动,并能在振动相位发生变化时快速反应,满足设备长周期安全运行的需要.
