目的 :利用HPLC法测定了淫羊藿胶囊中淫羊藿甙的含量 ,并考察其稳定性。方法 :色谱柱2 0RBAXODS 4 6mm× 2 50mm ,流动相 :四氢呋喃∶水∶冰醋酸 =2 0∶75∶5,检测波长 2 70nm。结果 :淫羊藿甙在 1 0 0～ 80 0 μg·ml- 1范围内线性关系良好 ,(r =0 9996)回收率为 96 3 3 %。结论 :该法简单、灵敏、可靠、重现性好。考察结果表明 ,该制剂对高温、光照敏感 ,因此保存淫羊藿制剂应在低温、避光条件下 OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of icariin in Epimedium by HPLC and to investigate its stability. Methods: The column 20RBAXODS 4 6mm × 250mm, mobile phase: tetrahydrofuran: water: glacial acetic acid = 20:75: 5, the detection wavelength of 2 70nm. Results: Icariin had a good linear relationship in the range of 100 ~ 80 0 μg · ml-1, with a recovery of 96 3 3% (r = 0 9996). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, reliable and reproducible.
