目的对星形细胞瘤进行分级,探讨组织类型、分级与复发、预后的关系。方法依据W H O神经系统肿瘤新分类对79例颅内星形细胞瘤的临床和病理资料进行回顾性研究。结果组织类型、分级与预后生存率差异有显著性,Ⅲ级间变性星形细胞瘤和Ⅳ级胶质母细胞瘤术后2年、5年的生存率偏低。结论星形细胞瘤患者的预后与病理组织学类型、分级明显相关。 Objective To classify astrocytoma and investigate the relationship between tissue type, grade and recurrence, and prognosis. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 79 cases of intracranial astrocytomas were retrospectively studied according to the new classification of W H O neurological tumors. Results There was significant difference in tissue type, grade and prognosis survival rate. Grade III anaplastic astrocytoma and grade IV glioblastoma had low survival rate at 2 and 5 years after operation. Conclusion The prognosis of patients with astrocytoma is significantly related to histological type and grade.
