[目的]测定分析米糠灰主要营养成分及其对油茶嫁接苗成活和生长的影响,寻求和开发低成本、高养分的生物有机肥原料。[方法]在测定米糠灰所含主要营养成分的基础上,调查施用米糠灰对2个油茶优良无性系嫁接成活和幼林生长的影响。[结果]米糠灰中有机质、淀粉、蛋白质和脂肪含量分别为349.0、295.2、65.8和5.0 g/kg;长林4号和40号油茶优良无性系育苗基质添加米糠灰后,嫁接成活率分别达到92.5%和91.0%,显著高于未施肥水平;施入米糠灰后油茶幼林株高、地径和冠幅均显著高于对照,不同坡位条件下油茶幼林施肥生长效应不同。[结论]米糠灰可作为优质的有机肥在油茶育苗和幼林培育中应用。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the main nutritional components of rice bran ash and their effects on the survival and growth of Camellia oleifera grafted seedlings, and to seek and develop low-cost and high-nutrient bio-organic fertilizer raw materials. [Method] Based on the determination of the main nutrients contained in rice bran ash, the effects of rice bran ash application on grafting survival and young plantation of two elite clones of Camellia oleifera were investigated. [Result] The contents of organic matter, starch, protein and fat in rice bran ash were 349.0, 295.2, 65.8 and 5.0 g / kg, respectively. The survival rates of grafting after the addition of rice bran ash from elite clonal lines of Camellia oleifera Chang 4 and 40 92.5% and 91.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those without fertilization. The plant height, diameter and crown width of Camellia oleifera young plants were significantly higher than those of the control, and the effects of fertilization and growth were different under different slope positions. [Conclusion] The rice bran ash could be used as high quality organic fertilizer in nursery seedling and young plantation.
