This assessment covers Dworkin’s view of the trial, the theory of correct answers, and the view that lawyers, scholars and judges have an obligation to the law as a whole. This essay also mentions what I would call the main line of Dworkin jurisprudence: legal reasoning is a form of moral reasoning, and in Hedgehog Justice this view combines all of the above points of view with the one on “Dignity” unity of ideas linked together.
