与传统企业的商业模式不同,餐饮行业在O2O商业模式面对双边客户,需要处理的关系更加复杂。本文以双边市场理论为基础,通过研究餐饮O2O业务特征,得出餐饮行业O2O商业模式的基本构成和改进方向。
Unlike traditional business models, the catering industry faces bilateral customers in the O2O business model and needs to be handled more complexly. Based on the theory of bilateral market, this paper studies the characteristics of catering O2O business and concludes the basic composition and improvement direction of O2O business model in catering industry.
