基于研究现状,构建了中国电动汽车商业模式创新的影响因素分析框架,并讨论了产品导向和服务导向的商业模式创新。研究表明:电动汽车商业模式创新受城市特性、应用领域、车辆获取方式、充电方式、政策环境等因素的影响;不同影响因素相互组合、关联,表现在产品导向和服务导向两种商业模式创新形式上,并进一步影响商业模式创新及其选择。
Based on the current situation of research, this paper constructs the analysis framework of the influencing factors of EV innovation in China and discusses the innovation of business model based on product orientation and service orientation. The research shows that the innovation of EV model is influenced by such factors as city characteristics, application field, vehicle acquisition mode, charging mode and policy environment. The different influencing factors are combined and correlated with each other, which is manifested in two innovative forms of product orientation and service orientation , And further influence business model innovation and its choice.
