随着高校的不断扩招,体育教育专业大学生越来越多,但是社会需求量没有明显的增加,逐渐造就了学生们学习倦怠的形成。本文从社会、学校、家庭、个人方面对影响学生学习倦怠的相关因素作深入分析,并从不同年级进行差异性比较,针对社会、学校、家庭与学生自身等方面提出几点相关的缓解策略,做到更好的培养当代大学生的身心素质,更好的满足社会的需要,为提高教学质量提供一定的借鉴与参考。
With the continuous enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, there are more and more college students majoring in physical education. However, there is no obvious increase in social demand and the gradual formation of students’ burnout. This article analyzes in depth the relevant factors that affect students’ learning burnout from the aspects of society, school, family and individuals, compares them from different grades, and puts forward some relevant mitigation strategies in the aspects of society, school, family and students themselves, So as to better cultivate the physical and mental qualities of contemporary college students and better meet the needs of society, so as to provide some reference and reference for improving teaching quality.
