复杂性科学是近几十年来兴起的超越于传统的简单性科学的新的科学范式和思维模式,为提高我国运动训练理论水平并为运动训练实践绩效提供参考,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在复杂性科学视角下,探讨了我国运动训练理论当前的发展困境及路径。研究结论 :1)我国运动训练学理论研究中存在着复杂性研究不足、理论自主创新能力不强、理论研究对复杂系统运动训练实践指导价值有限等困境;2)要突破我国运动训练学理论的困境,应该树立问题意识,敢于、善于提出科学问题,应加强自主性理论创新和运动训练制度创新,加强运动训练的大数据研究,充分利用大数据的信息资源,实现其创新发展。
Complexity science is a new scientific paradigm and thinking mode which surpassed traditional simple science in recent decades. In order to improve the theoretical level of sports training in our country and provide a reference for the practice performance of sports training, the use of literature, logic analysis And other research methods, from the perspective of complexity science, this paper discusses the current development dilemma and path of sports training theory in our country. The conclusions are as follows: 1) The research on sports training theory in our country has the problems of complexity research, weak ability of independent innovation of theory, limited value of theoretical research on the training of practical training of complex systems, etc. 2) To break through the theory of sports training theory in our country Dilemma, we should establish a sense of the problem, dare, be good at raising scientific issues, we should strengthen independent innovation and sports training system innovation, strengthen the training of sports big data research, make full use of big data information resources to achieve its innovation and development.
