目的建立与完善紫花前胡药材的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别及TLC法,对10批不同产地紫花前胡药材进行研究;采用HPLC建立紫花前胡药材的特征图谱及紫花前胡苷含量测定的方法,并对10批紫花前胡药材的各检查项及重金属含量进行测定。结果该药材的显微鉴别特征显著;10批药材的薄层色谱中,与对照品紫花前胡苷相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点。在高效液相特征图谱中,10批不同产地的紫花前胡药材检出5个主要共有特征峰,其相似度为0.92~0.99,但相对峰面积有较大差异。紫花前胡苷含量测定在1.0~120 mg·L~(-1)具有良好的线性关系,R~2=0.999(n=9),加样回收率为102.31%,RSD为3.17%。结论文章所涉及的质量控制方法专属性强,重现性好,简便高效,可用于紫花前胡药材质量的综合性评价。
Objective To establish and perfect the quality standard of Zizyphus jujube. Methods The microscopic identification and TLC method were used to study the characteristics of 10 medicinal materials from different origins of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii. HPLC was used to establish the characterization map and the method of determining the content of purpura before study. The inspection items and heavy metal content were measured. Results The microscopic identification of the medicinal material was significant. In the thin-layer chromatography of 10 batches of medicinal materials, the spots with the same color as the corresponding place of the reference purple purpuroside had the same color. In the high performance liquid chromatogram, five main characteristic peaks of 10 samples from different origins were identified, and the similarities were 0.92 ~ 0.99, but the relative peak areas were quite different. The determination of purpurin had a good linear relationship with 1.0 ~ 120 mg · L ~ (-1), R ~ 2 = 0.999 (n = 9), the recoveries were 102.31% and the RSD was 3.17%. Conclusion The quality control methods involved in this article are of high specificity, good reproducibility, simple and efficient, and can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Z. przewalskii.
