教师专业化发展问题越来越受到人们关注,与之相应的中小学教师继续教育的研究与实践也正在深入进行,在这种背景下,班主任培养与教育问题业已摆到教师教育的议事日程上来。这就需要我们充分认识和真正了解班主任培养与发展的现状,深入分析班主任工作的内涵与外延,建立班主任教育的科学体系,来适应教师专业化发展的需要。
The development of teachers’ professionalism has received more and more attention. The corresponding research and practice of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers is also being carried out in depth. Under this background, the problems of teacher education and education have been placed on the agenda of teacher education. .
