本文对Q690高强钢进行斜Y型坡口铁研试验,采用金相显微镜对焊接接头焊缝的显微组织进行研究,分析焊接热输入和不同焊丝对Q690钢焊接接头显微组织及裂纹的影响。试验结果表明:在铁研试验的拘束下,采用ER50-6、MK·G60和MK·GHS70焊丝,焊接热输入控制在11~20kJ/cm范围内,焊接接头裂纹率均小于20%。焊缝中,Ni、Mo、Cu合金元素的加入使得焊缝组织由先共析铁素体、侧板条铁素体、针状铁素体和贝氏体转变为针状铁素体和贝氏体。MK·G60焊丝接头的综合力学性能优于ER50-6焊丝接头。
In this paper, the Q690 high-strength steel was subjected to oblique Y-groove iron research. The microstructure of the welded joints of the Q690 high-strength steel was studied by metallographic microscope. The effects of welding heat input and different welding wires on the microstructure and cracks of Q690 steel welded joints were analyzed. . The experimental results show that the welding heat input is controlled within the range of 11 ~ 20kJ / cm using the ER50-6, MK · G60 and MK · GHS70 welding wires under the constraints of the iron-based test. The crack ratio of the welded joints is less than 20%. Weld seam, Ni, Mo, Cu alloy elements added so that the weld microstructure from proeutectoid ferrite, side lath ferrite, acicular ferrite and bainite into acicular ferrite and shellfish Body.
