目的:为增加果实的钙含量,调节P-Ca、K-Ca、N-Ca平衡,提高采后果实品质。方法:通过采前对库尔勒香梨喷施0.014%、0.017%、0.020%钙肥,研究采前喷施不同浓度液钙对香梨采后贮藏过程中果实品质和矿质营养的影响。结果:钙肥浓度越大,对抑制果实质量损失、保持果实硬度的作用越明显。结论:喷施0.020%的钙肥效果最好。喷施该浓度的钙肥还有利于果实保持总酸含量,抑制可溶性固形物含量的变化,但0.020%的钙肥对抑制保鲜袋内CO2的释放效果较差。采前喷钙没有使采后果实中的Ca含量明显增加,有的处理甚至使果实中的Ca含量减少;采前喷施一定钙肥有助于增加果实的P、K、Ca营养元素含量,但不是钙肥浓度越高,喷施效果越好。
OBJECTIVE: To increase the calcium content of fruit, the balance of P-Ca, K-Ca and N-Ca was adjusted to improve the quality of postharvest fruits. Methods: The effects of spraying different concentrations of calcium on the fruit quality and mineral nutrition during the postharvest storage of pear were studied by applying 0.014%, 0.017% and 0.020% calcium fertilizer to the Korla pear. Results: The greater the concentration of calcium fertilizer, the greater the effect of inhibiting fruit mass loss and maintaining fruit firmness. Conclusion: spraying 0.020% of calcium is the best. Spraying this concentration of calcium fertilizer is also conducive to maintaining the total acid content of fruit, inhibit the change of soluble solids content, but 0.020% of calcium fertilizer to inhibit the release of CO2 in the preservation bag less effective. The pre-harvest spraying of calcium did not significantly increase the content of Ca in post-harvest fruits, and some treatments even reduced the content of Ca in the fruits. Applying a certain amount of calcium fertilizer before harvest could increase the contents of P, K and Ca in fruits, But not the higher the concentration of calcium fertilizer, spraying the better.
