情绪劳动对于服务业的工作有着重要影响,本文阐述情绪劳动的概念,分析了服务业情绪劳动的影响因素和我国服务业员工情绪劳动的现状,提出了服务业员工情绪劳动的管理对策。 Emotional labor has an important influence on the work of service industry. This article elaborates the concept of emotional labor, analyzes the influencing factors of emotional labor in service industry and the current situation of service workers ’emotional labor in our country and puts forward the management countermeasures of service workers’ emotional labor.
