目的 :制备抗BACP1多克隆抗体并鉴定其特异性 ,用于BACP1蛋白定位及功能研究 .方法 :大肠杆菌表达GST BACP1融合蛋白 ,采用纯化蛋白免疫新西兰大白兔制备抗血清 .采用WesternBlot和间接免疫荧光染色等方法鉴定抗体的特异性 .结果 :抗BACP1抗体用于WesternBlot和间接免疫荧光染色均可特异性识别BACP1蛋白 ,具有较高的特异性 .结论 :所制备的多克隆抗体具有较高特异性 ,为进一步分析BRACP1的定位和功能提供了重要工具
Objective: To prepare anti-BACP1 polyclonal antibody and identify its specificity, and to study the localization and function of BACP1 protein.Methods: E. coli was used to express GST BACP1 fusion protein and immunized New Zealand white rabbits with purified protein to prepare antiserum. Western Blot and indirect immunofluorescence Staining and other methods.Results: Anti-BACP1 antibody can be used to identify BACP1 protein by Western Blot and indirect immunofluorescence staining.Conclusion: The prepared polyclonal antibody has high specificity , Providing an important tool for further analysis of the positioning and function of BRACP1
