众所周知,食管癌是目前消化道系统中最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,现阶段,在世界范围内每年都有大约30万的患者是因该病而死亡的,并且其中有一半数量的患者出现在中国,对于人们的身体健康造成了很大的影响。由于食管癌的根治手术所产生的切口比较大且创伤严重,因此在手术完成的早期往往能够引起患者的剧烈疼痛。所以,从某种程度上来讲,采取恰当的护理干预措施,能够有效的减轻食管癌根治术后患者的疼痛感,并且能够对胃食管反流的预防起到至关重要的作用,对于患者的预后以及生活质量的全面提升能够起到明显的促进作用。本研究中,通过对患者的食管癌根治术围术期来实施护理干预,从而有效的缓解患者术后的疼痛感,并避免其出现胃食管的反流症状,现报道如下。

In this study, nursing intervention in patients with esophageal cancer radical surgery perioperative period, so as to effectively relieve postoperative pain and prevent gastroesophageal reflux symptoms are reported below.
