一、进气温度对排气量的 影响 压缩机的排气量是否随进气温度的升高而增加?许多同志在测试实践中作了肯定的回答。我们在交大压缩机实验室用西安压缩机厂生产的L_2-10/8型空压机样机进行了一次试验。在一个低温的冬天,用压缩机的排气,在密封房间内加温,试验温度从7.5℃逐渐增至34℃,接着又打开窗户,使温度逐渐降至 10.8℃,试验时冷却水温为13+0.5℃,冷却水量不变,试验结果,测得排气量随温度的变化(如图1所示)。尽管由于当时进气温度稳定性较差,但从图上可以看出排气量随温度升高而增加的趋势是明显的。从20℃增至35℃时,排气量约从10.2米~3/分增至10.35米~3/分,其相对增加量
