研究了两种组织形貌相似的核燃料包壳管材M5和N36锆合金的拉伸性能和爆破性能.利用X射线衍射仪分析了它们的织构.试验结果表明,两种材料表现出明显的各向异性.同时分析了织构因素对Schmiidt因子的影响,结合研究管材的力学性能各向异性,建立了拉伸、爆破屈服强度同织构的定性关系.
Tensile properties and explosive properties of two M5 and N36 zirconium alloys with similar morphology and morphology were studied.They were characterized by X-ray diffractometer.The experimental results showed that the two materials showed obvious Anisotropy.At the same time, the influence of texture factor on Schmiidt factor was analyzed.With the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the pipe, the qualitative relationship between the yield strength and the texture was established.
