双拥工作是一项事关全局的战略性任务。当前,国际形势错综复杂,台海局势更加严峻,如何做好军事斗争准备中的双拥工作,是当前亟需研究的一个重大课题。回顾我省几年来双拥工作的实践,我们感到应重点把握好以下几个问题。一、必须广泛深入地开展全民国防教育,不断强化各级领导和人民群众拥军支前的意识,为“打得赢”提供强大的精神动力开展国防教育是做好军事斗争准备 Double support is a strategic task related to the overall situation. At present, the international situation is intricate and the situation in the Taiwan Strait tougher. How to do a good job of double support in the preparations for military struggle is an important issue urgently needed to be studied. Looking back on the practice of double-support in our province over the past few years, we feel that we should focus on the following issues. First, we must conduct extensive and in-depth national defense education, continuously strengthen the awareness of leaders at all levels and the masses of the people in support of the armed forces, and provide a powerful spiritual driver for “win-win-win.” To carry out national defense education is a good preparation for military struggle.
